With the release of the back half of Season 3, Netflix’s Bridgerton soared back to the top spot on Nielsen’s U.S. ranking of streaming originals.
For the week of June 10, Bridgerton flirted with 3.5 billion minutes viewed across 24 total episodes (and with a 77% female audience, Nielsen noted). Season 3’s four new episodes alone accounted for 2.5 billion of said tally.
Placing a distant No. 2 was Prime Video’s The Boys, which with the triple-episode premiere of Season 4 drew 1.2 billion minutes viewed across 30 available episodes. (The Boys‘ audience was 67% male.)
Netflix’s Sweet Tooth came in third with 971 million minutes viewed/24 episodes, followed by Netflix’s Perfect Match (802 million minutes/21 episodes) and Paramount+/Netflix’s Evil (449 million minutes/40 available episodes).
Rounding out the Top 10 streaming originals for the week of June 10 were Disney+’s The Acolyte (370 million minutes viewed/three available episodes), Netflix’s Eric (367 million minutes/six episodes), Netflix’s Hitler and the Nazis: Evil (314 million minutes/six episodes), Paramount+’s Mayor of Kingstown (298 million minutes/23 available episodes) and Hulu’s Futurama (241 million minutes/153 episodes).
