The helmet is Gordon Ramsay’s ‘savior’
In the video, Gordon Ramsay is wearing a chef’s uniform. His hands are still shaking, which many believe is a side effect of the accident.
Because of his love for cycling, Gordon Ramsay often takes time out of his busy schedule to indulge his passion.
However, Gordon said this week while cycling in Connecticut, USA, he had a “really bad accident” that left him in a state of shock. But fortunately, he survived without any broken bones.
Gordon Ramsay told his social media followers:
“Hello everyone, this is Gordon. I am really lucky to be standing here. I thank the doctors and nurses in the hospital who helped me.
And guys! We really need to wear helmets when doing any activities on motorbikes or bicycles.
Whether the journey is short or long, helmets are still very important. It saved my life.”
Even for children, the famous TV chef recommends wearing helmets when participating in traffic.
“This has been a terrible week. I have been in so much pain. And I am almost over it,” Gordon Ramsay shared.
In the caption of the post, Gordon Ramsay said that he is currently fine and not too seriously injured.
However, in the video, he surprised viewers by lifting up his chef’s shirt and revealing a large bruise that appeared to cover a significant part of his abdomen.
