Full House co-stars Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin posetogether in adorable reunion photos despite news of their alleged falling out.
Full House co-stars Jodie Sweetin and Candace Cameron Bure reunite again after their alleged fight. Playing Danny Tanner’s daughters, DJ and Stephanie, on the beloved sitcom, the pair grew up in front of the camera. Years after Full House ended, they still maintained a great relationship off-screen, which helped when they reprised their roles in Netflix’s Fuller House. That being said, Sweetin and Cameron Bure’s friendship has reportedly been on the rocks for quite a while now.
A new image from Cameron Bure somehow dispelled those rumors when she and Sweetin reunited, alongside some other Full House cast members, for an event.
The images were from Cameron Bure and Sweetin’s ’90s Con appearances this past weekend. They were joined by Andrea Barber, Dave Coulier, Scott Weinger, and Full House creator Jeff Franklin.
Can Jodie Sweetin & Candace Cameron Bure Work Together Again For Fuller House Season 6?
Cameron Bure and Sweetin’s supposed conflict started in late 2022 and was apparently about their differing views on same-sex marriage. For context, this isn’t the first time the pair was spotted together since the rumored rift. Earlier this year, they also came together to attend another leg of the ’90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut. They didn’t address the allegations and opted to keep their appearance focused on talking about Full House and its successor. Coulier was actually the first person from the cast who commented on the matter. While he didn’t confirm the claims, he reminded everyone that like a true family, the Full House cast sometimes has rifts.
There is no word yet on whether another Full House spin-off or Fuller House season 6 could happen. However, some of the franchise’s cast members have been vocal about wanting to continue the Tanners’ story on the small screen. If the proposed project actually moves forward, it may be tricky to bring everyone back. For DJ and Stephanie specifically, if Cameron Bure and Sweetin can put on a united front during public appearances (assuming they really have issues), it isn’t outside the realm of possibility that they would work together on another show.
For now, it seems like Cameron Bure and Sweetin are doing fine. It doesn’t seem like they will willingly talk about the controversy that they are involved in, and perhaps it’s for the best so as to not make things worse. What’s important is that they are committed to keeping Full House’s legacy alive by going on engagements like ’90s Con and beyond.
