Le Pressoir D’Argent Gordon Ramsay Awarded Michelin Star

Le Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay, which opened in September 2015, was awarded a one-star rating in the Michelin Guide France 2016, just four months after its opening.

Located in Bordeaux, on the first floor of the five-star InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hôtel, Le Pressoir d’Argent offers a culinary experience with a menu featuring the highest quality local produce. Executive Chef Gilad Peled has extensive experience in fine dining, having worked with Gordon Ramsay and chef Clare Smyth at the three-Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road.

The Michelin Guide seeks examples of world-class culinary excellence, ambition and respect for tradition, awarding stars to selected restaurants around the world.

Le Pressoir d’Argent is Gordon Ramsay’s second restaurant in France and his first in Bordeaux.
