Walker Bay Theater casting for ‘Steel Magnolias’

WALKER — Walker Bay Theater recently announced a general casting call for actresses for the summer production of “Steel Magnolias.”

Cast call are noon-4 p.m. March 10 and March 14 at Walker Bay Theater, 609 Minnesota Ave., lower level (beneath Subway). Those unable to attend can contact Dave Holk at 218-820-1603 to arrange alternate dates and times.

“Steel Magnolias” is a well-recognized stage play and movie. Performance dates are Aug. 8 through Aug. 18. Rehearsals will be at Walker Bay Theater, with the rehearsal schedule worked out by director Jacobsen Hart and the cast.
