Adam Peaty discusses baby plans with Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Holly
Adam Peaty, 29, is a doting dad to three-year-old son George, and is now turning his attention to possible baby plans with girlfriend Holly Ramsay, 24.
The Olympic swimmer – who won gold medals in Rio and Tokyo and silver at the Paris Games – has opened up about his relationship with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s daughter in a new interview with The Times.
The former Strictly star only went public with his relationship a year ago, but he’s made no secret of the fact that he’s looking forward to a serious future with Holly. “I definitely want more kids,” he said.
Both he and Holly come from large families; Adam is one of four children while Holly has five siblings, so it’s no surprise that he’d like to welcome a half-brother or half-sister to George in the future.
Adam’s love life Adam met his ex Eiri Munro on Tinder and she discovered she was pregnant just two months later. They split in September 2021, a year after George was born, with Adam describing their relationship as “not always sunshine and rainbows”.
They continued to raise their son together and Adam found love with Holly, who he met in 2021 while competing on Strictly Come Dancing with her sister Tilly.
They only went public with their relationship in June 2023, but Adam has been vocal about his close relationship with her family.
“She’s been the pinnacle [sic] of my life so far, where I can have peace and I can have love without anything other than the connection that we have. It’s been great and I’m looking forward to the future,” he told The Times.
“[Gordon] just inspires me to be successful,” he added, before describing the Ramsays as “incredible people, an incredible family. So supportive, so welcoming, so loving.”
Gordon and Adam’s relationship
Gordon and wife Tana share Megan, Jack, Tilly, Oscar and Jesse. The Hell’s Kitchen star has previously joked that he can be a protective father when it comes to his daughters’ love lives.
He described himself as “very spoiled sometimes” on a 2022 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
“I just want the girls to be looked after and they look after each other. You worry about that all the time,” the doting dad confessed.
However, he’s clearly developed a close bond with Adam, as they were seen joking around before the swimmer left for the Olympics.
“You’re all [swearing]. You’re definitely not retiring,” Gordon joked, adding: “Don’t [swear] like that,” to which Adam replied: “No pressure!”
