Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay talks about his St. Louis Kitchen

ST. LOUIS – Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay is now open at the gorgeous Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. Studio STL host Chelsea Haynes was granted an exclusive TV interview with the chef, who was in town to talk about the menu, why he chose to open another franchise of Ramsay’s Kitchen in St. Louis and how he mentors up-and-coming chefs.

Ramsay is celebrated as a top chef with global restaurants, known for dishes like beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. He explains his choice to open a restaurant in St. Louis, praising the city’s work ethic, farming community, and local ingredients. He notes that 95% of the ingredients are sourced within a 30-mile radius.

Ramsay’s Kitchen is the fifth U.S. location with a menu crafted by the celebrity chef. The restaurant has already received 30,000 reservations, the highest for any of his establishments.
