When did Sylvie Brett and Matthew Casey get engaged?

Who was in Sylvie Brett and Matthew Casey’s wedding party on Chicago Fire?
Brett chose her partner, Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith), to be her maid of honor. Naturally, this led the perfectionist Violet to bend over backward to make sure Brett’s big day was extra special.
