Full House co-stars Candace Cameron-Bure and Jodie Sweetin are set to reunite in public for the first time since their alleged falling out.
After their alleged falling out, Full House stars Candace Cameron-Bure and Jodie Sweetin are set to reunite in public for the first time by attending a convention. Playing Danny Tanner’s daughters, DJ and Stephanie, the pair have maintained a good working relationship, even reprising their roles in Netflix’s Fuller House. Sadly, rumors started swirling around that Cameron-Bure and Sweetin are in conflict after their differing views on same-sex marriage.
For the first time since their alleged fighting, Cameron-Bure and Sweetin are set to make a joint public appearance at ’90s Con alongside their other Full House co-stars Andrea Barber and Dave Coulier.
Neither Cameron-Bure nor Sweetin have spoken up about the matter, and it’s uncertain if they have maintained contact privately. Although the Full House cast, including the pair, put up a united front celebrating Bob Saget’s first death anniversary back in January 2023.
Can Cameron-Bure & Sweetin Reunite Again For Fuller House Season 6
For now, there are no plans for a Fuller House season 6, although many of its cast members have expressed their interest in continuing the Tanner family’s story on the small screen. This is despite the tragic loss of Saget who played the clan patriarch, Danny. In fact, Coulier previously said that their late co-star would be happy to see all of them together again.
If the proposed Fuller House season 6 happens, however, there’s a small chance that Cameron-Bure & Sweetin would return. Full House’s Stephanie actress revealed that she isn’t keen on revisiting the sitcom at this point. But, she may be interested in doing it again down the road just to have a separation between Fuller House and what comes next.
Just because Sweetin isn’t interested in the endeavor doesn’t mean that it cannot move forward. Cameron-Bure’s new position at the Great American Family channel could help the cause as it could provide the platform for the Tanners. That being said, they may have to rework it as a Full House spin-off instead of a continuation considering the sheer number of characters missing in the proposed show.
