Fuller House actors Candace Cameron-Bure & Jodie Sweeting, who play Tanner sisters, DJ & Steph reunite in adorable images after their alleged feud.
Candace Cameron-Bure and Jodie Sweetin reunite in adorable Fuller House cast images after their alleged falling out. Playing Danny Tanner’s daughters, DJ and Stephanie, the pair have worked together for a total of 13 years and maintained a friendship behind the camera. However, Cameron-Bure and Sweetin were rumored to have had a falling out following their contradicting views on same-sex marriage.
As previously reported, the cast of Fuller House attended the ’90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut, including Cameron-Bure and Sweetin despite their reported conflict.
Ever since news broke out about their feud, neither Cameron-Bure nor Sweetin has spoken about the controversy. The pair also didn’t reference the matter during the public appearance at the convention.
Can Bure & Sweeting Reunite For Another Full House Spin-Off?
Despite several proposals to do Fuller House season 6, with many of its cast members expressing their interest in continuing the Tanner family’s story on the small screen, there are currently no plans to reunite the famed clan. Dave Coulier, however, re-iterated his eagerness to do another Full House spin-off that would honor the legacy of Bob Saget’s Danny Tanner. Whether that actually comes to fruition is another question.
However, even if the proposed Fuller House continuation happens, don’t expect that all Tanners will be part of it. John Stamos has closed the door on reprising the role as Uncle Jesse, while, Full House Stephanie actress, Sweetin is keen on doing a reunion project decades from now instead of immediately. Perhaps the remainder of the cast can do a spin-off instead of a direct continuation of the Netflix show.
It does seem like the Fuller House cast did enjoy their time being together at the ’90s con. Cameron-Bure and Sweetin had some great interactions and shared stories about their days working on the family sitcom. Regardless of their personal relationships, it’s unlikely that another Full House show happens in the near future.
