Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay continued to make headlines across the Nutmeg State in June as he stopped in at pizza giants Sally’s Apizza and Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria Napoletana.
Other celebrity sightings included TV producer and screenwriter Shonda Rhimes bringing her latest project to a Connecticut library and former President Bill Clinton shopping in a Greenwich clothing store.
Gordon Ramsay spotted at Connecticut restaurants
Early in June celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay dined at The Shipwright’s Daughter in Mystic and posed for a photo with staff members.
Later in the month, Ramsay stopped by Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria Napoletana and posed with staff for a June 18 Instagram post. He signed a pizza box and posed with Sally’s Apizza founder’s son Rick Consiglio on the same day as his Pepe’s visit.
Ramsay made also several social media posts advising people to wear a helmet after sustaining injuries in a bike accident in Connecticut in June.
“This week I had a really bad accident while riding my bike in Connecticut,” he said in the video’s caption. “I’m doing okay and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries, but I am a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato.” – Layla Schlack, Leeanne Griffin and Jayden Nguyen
