Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana welcome sixth child to ‘Ramsay Brigade’
Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana have welcomed their sixth child, the couple confirmed at the weekend.
Taking to social media at the weekend, just days after he turned 57, the celebrity chef wrote: “What an amazing birthday present, please welcome Jesse James Ramsay.”
Alongside photos of himself and Tana shortly after she gave birth, he added: “7lbs 10oz whopper!! Another bundle of love for the Ramsay team!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”
Posting the photos to her Instagram page, Tana noted that the Ramsay family is “definitely complete”.
“It’s been a stressful nine months but we’ve made it through and we’ve been blessed with this little bundle,” she told her followers.
Gordon and TV presenter Tana married in 1996 and welcomed their eldest child, a daughter called Megan, two years later.
They have since also become parents to 23-year-old twins Holly and Jack, as well as 22-year-old Tilly, who you may remember from the 2021 season of Strictly Come Dancing.
More recently, the couple announced the birth of four-year-old son Oscar in 2019, before introducing their latest addition, another son, earlier this month.
Earlier this year, the Kitchen Nightmares star told People magazine that his wife wanted another child because she didn’t want “Oscar to grow up alone”.
“Alone?” he joked. “He goes to school every day and he has four siblings! So, oh my god, watch that space… I’m f―-ed.”
Meanwhile, Tana told the magazine that she’s always wanted a big family, explaining: “I’m one of four, Gordon is one of four, so for me, it’s second nature.”
