Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay thrilled staff at Nottingham restaurant Iberico World Tapas when he turned up for a celebratory meal with his family. The occasion was his daughter Tilly’s graduation from the University of Nottingham.
“We are really happy that he choose Iberico for his daughter’s graduation celebration. It was an honour for us to cook for him and his family on such an important occasion,” said Dan Lindsay, co-owner of the popular restaurant hidden beneath the old Shire Hall in the Lace Market’s High Pavement.Dan added: “His wife Tana really liked the chicken wings and Gordon said used his famous F-word to say the food was delicious.
Instagram Tilly wrote in the comments: “Love you so much. Couldn’t have done it without you and mum.” Her dad’s celebrity mates, including David Beckham, the Body Coach Joe Wicks and Bear Grylls, sent their congratulations.
