“Hello everyone, this is Gordon. I am really lucky to be standing here. I thank the doctors and nurses in the hospital who helped me.

And guys! We really need to wear helmets when doing any activities on motorbikes or bicycles.

Whether the journey is short or long, helmets are still very important. It saved my life.”

Even for children, the famous TV chef recommends wearing helmets when participating in traffic.

“This has been a terrible week. I have been in so much pain. And I am almost over it,” Gordon Ramsay shared.

In the caption of the post, Gordon Ramsay said that he is currently fine and not too seriously injured.

However, in the video, he surprised viewers by lifting up his chef’s shirt and revealing a large bruise that appeared to cover a significant part of his abdomen.
