Tthe contestants are tasked with building their own original concept bars.Lisa was frustrated and snapped at her team after seeing their initial progress.
“It’s boring!” she yelled after tasting one of their alcoholic concoctions.

The two listened to pitches from entrepreneurial hopefuls and picked their respective teams. Team Vanderpump faces the grilling
Because Team Vanderpump lost this week’s challenge, one member will be eliminated from the competition.
Each contestant will have to make their case for why they should stay on the team.
Results revealed
The teams were judged on their original craft cocktails, customer service, and overall immersive experience.
The industry professionals were revealed to the contestants and gave their feedback on each bar.
They complimented Team Vanderpump’s “weird but wonderful” theme and commended their mocktail option.
However, they added that their overall immersive experience fell short.
The experts said they loved Team Ramsay’s cocktails but said they needed to have a nonalcoholic option.
Team Ramsay still took the win because of their overall cohesive concept bars.
Welcome to the Desert Hideout
So far, Gordon and Lisa are more impressed with Team Ramsay’s bar.
They loved the drinks and felt like the theme was more cohesive.
However, Team Ramsay lost Gordon and Lisa with a performance featuring belly dancers.
“We don’t want people to get the wrong idea,” Gordon told his team as he added the routine reminded him of a strip club.
Customers looked around awkwardly as the dancers rolled their bodies on the floor.
Gordon is not impressed with the Pour Palace
Gordon and Lisa arrived at the Pour Palace and no one greeted them.
Gordon also called Roman out for sweating and shaking while he poured their beverages.
Gordon and Lisa both were disappointed with the quality of the cocktails.
Let’s see if Team Ramsay can impress the tycoons.
From regency to desert hideout
The undercover customers are making their way from Team Vanderpump to Team Ramsay.
Team Ramsay’s bar has an Arabian Nights theme and is called Desert Hideout.
Their signature cocktail is a take on an old-fashioned.

The industry professionals are unclear on Team Vanderpump’s vision for their concept bar.
They also noted that the drink specials are lacking.
Meanwhile, a line is forming at Team Ramsay’s bar.
The undercover customer
Lisa and Gordon have recruited three industry professionals to help them judge their teams.
They will be disguised as undercover customers and will later report back to Lisa and Gordon.
The professionals arrived at the Pour Palace, but there was no one there to greet them.
Kamal’s job was to greet the customers, and his team began to question his place in the competition.
Less than an hour to go
The teams have less than an hour to create their immersive bar experience.
Chuan told Team Ramsay that their goal is to “have a drink in everyone’s hands” as soon as they walk into the room.
Team Vanderpump is off to a rough start as they dropped a tray of food all over the floor.
‘What kind of experience is this?’
Over at Team Ramsay, Gordon was just as nervous for his team as Lisa was for hers.
He told the group that the concept was “immersive” but felt “fragmented.”
Gordon also slammed them for forgetting to have a non-alcoholic option on the menu.
“You’re not thinking of the customer,” he told them.
