Gordon Ramsay’s Wife Says All Their Adult Kids Have Moved Back Home
Gordon Ramsay and his wife, Tana, aren’t close to their adult children.
On an episode of Lorraine Candy and Trish Halpin’s podcast, “Postcards from Middle Age,” Tana revealed that all four of her adult children have moved back home.
“They’ve left home and they’ve all moved back,” she said of her four oldest children. “They moved out of our house three years ago to do some renovations.”
The couple have six children together: Megan, 26, twins Jack and Holly, 24, Matilda, 22, Oscar, 5, and Jesse, 8 months.
“When we finished the [renovation] project and moved in three weeks ago, everyone had a bedroom again,” she admitted. “They’ve all moved home. Holly lives in Nottingham, but she’s always back in London and obviously wants to have a bedroom with her boyfriend.”
According to Tana, a crowded house comes with a whole list of demands.
“All the kids are very fussy,” she joked. “Holly doesn’t eat dairy now. Tilly eats fish but doesn’t eat meat. They never used to be like that, so the little ones are the easiest.”
“They’re all quite fussy, but I love it,” she added.
The couple welcomed their sixth child in November.
Becoming a dad again has been “phenomenal,” Ramsay told the outlet. “It’s been really surreal, it’s been a blessing. I’m also sure I’ll be the oldest dad when I drop him off at school, so I’ll be wearing a hat and glasses.”
Ramsay and Tana announced the birth of Jesse James Ramsay on Instagram.
“What an amazing birthday present, welcome Jesse James Ramsay, the 7lb 10oz giant,” Ramsay, who celebrated his birthday on November 8, wrote in the caption. “Another bundle of love to the Ramsay army!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”
