9-1-1 season 8
9-1-1 was created by Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy. It follows the personal and professional lives of the emergency responders of the Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department. The series originally debuted on Fox, but was canceled after six seasons. However, the show was subsequently picked up by ABC for its seventh season.
In 9-1-1 season 7, the characters faced a variety of ups and downs. Bobby (Peter Kraus) and Athena (Angela Bassett) had their house destroyed by a fire. Romance was in the air for Evan “Buck” Buckley (Oliver Stark), as well as his sister Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and her now-husband Chimney (Kenneth Choi). Hen (Aisha Hinds) and Karen (Tracie Thoms) had their foster license revoked. And Christopher Diaz (Gavin McHugh) bid farewell to Eddie Diaz (Ryan Guzman) when he was discovered having an affair with a woman who bore a striking resemblance to his late wife, Shannon (Devin Kelley).
9-1-1 season 7 was just 10 episodes, and was foreshortened due to the strikes. However, 9-1-1 season 8 will be 18 episodes long.
