How many children does Gordon Ramsay have?
Gordon Ramsay has six children with his wife Tana, whom he married in 1996.
The youngest child in the family, a baby boy named Jesse James, was born in November 2023.
The birth of the child came as a surprise to fans as neither Tana nor Gordon had publicly confirmed that they were expecting a second child.
The couple’s other children include Megan, Matilda (also known as Tilly), twins Jack and Holly, and Oscar James.
Megan, the eldest, was born in 1998 and Oscar, the second, was born in 2019.
Megan
Megan Jane Ramsay is the eldest daughter of Gordon and Tana Ramsay, born in May 1998.
She completed her IGCSEs (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) from Ibstock Place School – an independent comprehensive school in London – and enrolled at Bradfield College to study English literature, photography and business before becoming a student at Oxford Brookes.
Megan graduated from Oxford in June 2019 with a degree in psychology and spends most of her time in England and Los Angeles.
Jack
Jack Scott Ramsay was born on New Year’s Day 2000 along with his twin sister Holly Anna.
Gordon and Tana’s eldest son is a member of the Royal Marines, prompting proud dad Gordon to take to social media to praise him in 2020.
The chef once posted on Instagram: “I can’t tell you how proud I am of this young man Jack Ramsay, you’ve made me feel like the proudest dad today, congratulations on joining the @royalmarines, what an achievement.”
Holly Anna
Holly Anna is Jack’s twin sister, meaning she was also born on 1 January 2000.
She studied Fashion Design at university and later joined a modelling agency, according to her previous modelling profile, “using her platform to inspire others to create unique and relatable content while travelling between London and LA.”
In 2021, it was rumoured that the Instagram influencer would join the cast of Love Island, although she has yet to appear on the ITV dating show.
Holly confirmed her romantic relationship with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty in 2023, with some fans speculating that the pair were engaged in October that year.
Tilly
Matilda Elizabeth – known as Tilly – was born on 2008 November 2001.
Like her father, she is a television chef and is best known for hosting the BBC cooking show Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch on CBBC with her family.
Tilly has made numerous television appearances including This Morning, Blue Peter, Master Chef Junior Friday Night Jazz and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
She has also appeared alongside Gordon on MasterChef Junior, Hell’s Kitchen and Next Level Chef.
In 2021, Tilly took part in Strictly Come Dancing, where she was paired with Nikita Kuzmin, and went on to perform on the show’s tour in 2022.
Oscar
Oscar James was born on 4 April 2019, 18 years after his sister Tilly.
Tana sadly suffered a miscarriage in 2016, a few years before giving birth to Oscar, a child she and Gordon revealed they had named Rocky.
Oscar regularly appears on his siblings’ social media pages and, despite his young age, even has his own Instagram account.
Jesse
Gordon announced the birth of his and Tana’s son Jesse on 11 November 2023.
He shared the happy news by uploading a photo of Tana lying in a hospital bed with the newborn.
Along with the photo, he wrote: “What a birthday present, welcome to Jesse James Ramsay, the 7lb 10oz giant!!
