But now that the days of mass isolation are behind us David and Victoria, alongside their adorable nine-year-old daughter Harper, headed to the West Country for a visit.Gordon’s house is absolutely stunning with sweeping views of the ocean, as well as immaculate lawns, a tennis court and suitably stunning interiors.
Gordon has been staying at the house with his wife of 24 years Tana Ramsay, and their children Megan, 22, twins Jack and Holly, 20, Tilly, 18, and one-year-old Oscar.
Victoria shared two pictures of Gordon’s son Oscar and Harper. In the first snap Harper kisses the toddler on the cheek, and in the other they are playing football on the lawn. But they didn’t just stay at the sprawling home, they also visited The Mariners restaurant in Padstow, which is just a short ferry ride away from Gordon’s property.
The restaurant is run by chef Paul Ainsworth who was absolutely gobsmacked to see Victoria and David as well as Gordon and his wife Tana.
The chef met the famous foursome when they came to dine and posted details of their exchange on Instagram.
He wrote: “On Saturday night @marinersinrock we welcomed @davidbeckham @victoriabeckham @gordongram @tanaramsay and their beautiful families to The Mariners.
“Gordon came straight to the kitchen with David and said.. “Good Evening Paul, David this is Paul Ainsworth, Paul was one of the dream team when we won 3 Michelin Stars at Royal Hospital Road”.“You could have knocked me down with a feather!”
Even better for the chef, David shared his meal to his Instagram Stories and was very complimentary.
He shared a close up of his dish, writing: “@paulainsw6rth Welsh rarebit with shaved truffle WOW”.Since many countries are no longer visitable due to the coronavirus pandemic, Cornwall seems like a great option for a holiday.
If it is good enough for the Beckhams…
