“It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye”: Matt LeBlanc pays tribute to his dearest friend Matthew Perry

Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry, the duo’s bromance, friendship, the bond, everything is absolutely unforgettable. We must say, working on FRIENDS has literally made their bond so strong, that even after 19 years, they stayed beside each other till the last breath of Perry.

Matthew Perry, who played the iconic role of Chandler Bing in FRIENDS, is still immensely loved by the whole world. His jokes, his sarcasms, his performance in the sitcom, everything left a mark on everyone’s life. Even though he had struggled whole life with depression, he helped a lot of people to get relief.
Matthew Perry took his last breath on October 28 at his home in LA. He was just 54 years old. He was buried on November 3 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood Hills. Not only his friends-cum-co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow, and family, but also the whole world paid a grand tribute.

Today Matt LeBlanc, who played the role of Joey Tribbiani in FRIENDS, took to Instagram and shared a heartwarming note while paying tribute to Matthew, after 17 days of his death. He wrote that it’s time for him to say goodbye to his dearest friend with a heavy heart. Matt shared that each and every moment he spent with Matthew, are his favourite.
Lastly he made a little joke to feel less pain and wrote that he hopes Matthew is keeping his 20 bucks to himself, that he owes him.
