A day before Thanksgiving, a viewer accused Monaco of being responsible for her own dismissal, claiming she “thought she had more power than she did.”
Monaco, never one to shy away from speaking her truth, delivered a powerful response:
“I do have more power than a ‘job.’ It’s my voice, my experience, my truth,” she declared. “You can beat someone down until they find the power within themselves to recover with grace and dignity. Those who choose to bully behind their power will suffer their own consequences.”
