LUCKY GIRL: Simone Biles shares glimpses of her private jet trip that was given to her by husband Jonathan Owens to facilitate her competition

Simone Biles came out victorious at the recently concluded 2024 US Classic, posting an all-around score of 59.500. Soon after, she stepped out with her husband to celebrate amid the clouds on a private jet, homeward bound.

Biles, 27, has been in top form since she returned to the competitive mat at the 2023 US Classic. An all-around score of 59.100 placed her ahead of runners-up Leanne Wong.

With the scores accumulated in the balance beam and floor exercise, Simone Biles secured a berth at the US Championships. There, she earned her eighth National title, followed by her 2023 World Championships stint, awarding her the sixth World title.

As the oldest gymnastic woman to have won the National title, Biles stepped into the Olympic year and competed at the Gymnastics Camp in April. Not long after, she graced the US Hydration Core Classic mat and swept the all-around, floor (14.800) and vault (15.600) titles.

But her husband Jonathan Owens’ presence in the audience ameliorated the win. The latter, all set to start an NFL journey with the Chicago Bears, finally accompanied mother-in-law Nellie Biles to cheer on his wife in person.

Hours after the celebratory moment and adorable stadium camaraderie with her husband, Biles took off on a private jet with Jonathan Owens, heading toward home.

In her Instagram story, she posted a collage of pictures- Owens climbing up the stairs, an inside view of the jet, an outside view from the plane, and the couple posing for a loved-up selfie.

Her caption reads:

“going home”

The event took place in Hartford, Connecticut, which is miles away from Texas, where the couple reside. From the Instagram story caption, it seemed like the couple was en route to Houston, Texas.

“The best supporter, I couldn’t ask for a better husband” – Simone Biles after US Classic win

In her gymnastic attire, Biles ran to steal a quick kiss from her husband Jonathan Owens, after her US Classic win. Posting a picture of the couple locking lips, the four-time Olympic gold medalist wrote a heartwarming caption on her Instagram.

“my whole heart. The best supporter, I couldn’t ask for a better husband”

The second picture was a selfie of the couple, where Biles’ glittery ‘Owens’ necklace grabbed attention. There are three events gymnasts will compete in, working as the springboard for the Paris Olympics. Having already won the first (Hydration Core Classic), she will look to claim all.
