SAN DIEGO — On the heels of her historic performances in Paris, Simone Biles, the most decorated Olympic athlete in the United States, will bring her talents to San Diego County.
Biles, along with America’s best gymnasts, will bring their Gold Over America Tour to Oceanside’s new Frontwave Arena on September 17.
The gymnastics spectacular will feature world-class athletes, music and high-flying tricks.
The gravity-defying show will be led by Biles, who is now considered the greatest American gymnast of all time after an awe-inspiring performance at the Paris Olympic Games. The traveling show will visit more than 30 cities from September through November, including a stop in Oceanside.
Organizers for the show said, “Every tumble, twist, and gravity-defying trick will have audiences on the edge of their seats.”
The Gold Over America Tour will kick off the official opening of Frontwave Arena in Oceanside.
Frontwave Arena, the home of the San Diego Clippers G-League team, will also play host to sports events, live entertainment and more at the massive new complex in Oceanside.
