UPCOMING – Social networks are exploding about Simone Biles using the same amount of money as the four medals she won in Paris

At the 2024  Paris  Olympics, American gymnast Simone Biles made her mark once again with her outstanding performances in women’s artistic gymnastics, securing gold in the individual all-around, team all-around and vault finals, along with a silver in the floor exercise.

Beyond her Olympic big wins, social media is abuzz with claims that the multi-medalist will donate $4 million to support Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the presidential election campaign.

A post on X (formerly known as Twitter) suggested that Biles is poised to formally announce her donation to the #HarrisWalz campaign.

According to a Sports Illustrated source, where the X user is basing his claim, the $4 million sum represents $1 million for each of the four medals Biles won in Paris.

This claim has ignited widespread discussion and speculation across the social media platform with over 10,000 reposts.

However, some users have expressed skepticism. One repost noted, “I haven’t seen any credible source that confirms Simone Biles donated $4M. This same ‘source’ said Beyoncé donated the same amount, too.”

However, reports shared by CNN confirm that the renowned singer has granted Kamala Harris permission to use her song “Freedom” for the presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, another confirmed supporter is Filipino American pop star Olivia Rodrigo, who has officially endorsed Harris for her 2024 US presidential bid, backing Harris’ stance on reproductive rights.

In a recent development, Vice President Harris’ campaign announced that it raised an impressive $310 million last month. This substantial amount reflects renewed enthusiasm among donors who were previously hesitant about the prospects for the upcoming November election with President Joe Biden.

As of now, there has been no official confirmation from Biles or her representatives regarding the alleged donation. The gymnast, known for her remarkable achievements and philanthropic efforts, has not publicly commented on the matter.
