Yellowstone boss’s returning show gets on-set look at Nicole Kidman

A first look at Nicole Kidman at work on Special Ops: Lioness season 2 has been unveiled.

The Paramount+ series from Yellowstone‘s Taylor Sheridan became a huge success when it premiered last year, and was recently renewed for a second run.

Kidman has now shared a new look from filming on the new episodes, posting a picture of herself on Instagram posing in a cowboy hat alongside crew members.

“Best cowboy hat ever… Thanks #TaylorSheridan & #Lioness. Season 2 is in full force xx,” the actor captioned the post.

The show focuses on the Lioness programme, as CIA officer Joe (Zoe Saldaña) – who works under Kidman’s boss Kaitlyn Meade – is tasked with training Sergeant Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira).

Following its renewal news, Paramount+’s Jeff Grossman said: “Our Paramount+ audience resoundingly has joined forces in support of Lioness‘ gripping, global story and the powerhouse performances from Zoe Saldaña, Laysla De Oliveira and Nicole Kidman.

“We cannot wait to see more of the heart-stopping suspense and action that Taylor Sheridan and the incredibly talented team deliver in its second season.”
